There are three membership tiers - Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You'll become a Silver member the moment you join, and progress towards Platinum membership the more often you stay with us, with ever more generous benefits.

Silver Membership:

To become a Silver-level member of the Premier Club Rewards, all you need to do is to join the programme. As a Silver-level member, you will receive the below valuable benefits and services every time you stay with us.

PCR members who book directly through our official websites or Central Reservations office will also benefit from:

Gold Membership:

Your Gold membership extends you access to superior benefits and awards in addition to Silver benefits. You will be awarded the Gold membership after staying a minimum of 30 qualifying nights at any participating hotel during any consecutive 12-month period. As a Gold-level member, you will receive the below valuable benefits and services every time you stay with us.

• Extended check-out (Subject to Availability)
• Complimentary Room Upgrade (Subject to availability)
• Free broadband in the Club Lounge (in most hotels) and in the guestrooms
• Free Local calls and faxes

Platinum Membership:

During any consecutive 12-month period you will need a minimum of 60 qualifying nights at participating hotel. As a Platinum level member, you will receive these valuable benefits and services every time you stay with us. you will experience the highest level of membership and have access to our most generous benefits and awards.

• Extended check-out till 18:00 hrs (Subject to Availability)
• Complimentary snacks per stay in the bar room from 5.00 - 7.00 pm at Park Grand Paddington Court London, Paddington Court Suites, (times varies from one property to another)
• Complimentary Room Upgrade (Subject to availability)
• Complimentary newspaper in room
• Free Local calls and faxes
• Complimentary use of Club Lounge in most hotels
• Complimentary laundry for 1 set (Shirt+trousers/shirt+skirt/dress)
