The Shaftesbury London Hotels has implemented several new features to the Premier Club Rewards programme to make your stays more pleasant, memorable and rewarding. Because we value each and every Premier Club Rewards member and wish to nourish our relationship with innovative ways, we have taken the programme to yet another more exciting level that aims at building a long-term relationship while thanking you for your loyalty.

Your membership levels are based on your stay activity and because each membership level is special, you will be treated as such. The more you stay at The Shaftesbury Family hotels, the more generous your Premier Club Rewards benefits become, including earning Premier Points, complimentary room upgrades (based on availability) and much more. There are three Premier Club Rewards levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum which allow guests to participate in unique experiences.

Silver Membership:

To become a Silver-level member of the Premier Club Rewards, all you need to do is to join the programme. As a Silver-level member, you will receive the below valuable benefits and services every time you stay with us.

• Fruit basket in room on the day of arrival

Gold Membership:

Your Gold membership extends you access to superior benefits and awards in addition to Silver benefits. You will be awarded the Gold membership after staying a minimum of 30 qualifying nights at any participating hotel during any consecutive 12-month period. As a Gold-level member, you will receive the below valuable benefits and services every time you stay with us.

• Extended check-out (Subject to Availability)
• One bottle of Water per Stay
• Fruit basket in room on the day of arrival
• Complimentary Room Upgrade (Subject to availability)
• Free broadband in the Club Lounge (in most hotels) and in the guestrooms
• Free Local calls and faxes

Platinum Membership:

During any consecutive 12-month period you will need a minimum of 60 qualifying nights at participating hotel. As a Platinum level member, you will receive these valuable benefits and services every time you stay with us. you will experience the highest level of membership and have access to our most generous benefits and awards.

• Daily bottle of Mineral Water in room
• Daily Fruit basket in room
• Complimentary Chocolates in room
• Welcome Drink in The Montcalm (for guests staying at The Montcalm)
• Complimentary snacks per stay in the bar room from 5.00 - 7.00 pm at the BW Premier Shaftesbury Piccadilly, BW Premier Shaftesbury Kensington, BW Shaftesbury Paddington Court London, BW Shaftesbury Paddington Court Suites , The Montcalm London Marble Arch and The Montcalm London City at The Brewery (times varies from one property to another)

Redeem Points:

Earn 10 Premier points on each 1 Pound spent in our hotels and collect enough Premier points to redeem a free night stay and enjoy the below privileges:

• Premier Club Rewards members can redeem 15,000 points for a Reward Night stay in any of the Shaftesbury Hotels Collection.
• Premier Club Rewards members can redeem 40,000 points for a Reward Night stay in any of the Montcalm Hotels Collection participating property.
• Complimentary English Breakfast in most hotels 
• Bottle of Mineral Water in room on the day of arrival
• Fruit basket in room on the day of arrival

Please note that a minimum period of 48hrs notice is required to redeem points for a free night stay.
