Smoking in a smoke-free area could lead to a penalty fee in order to cover the cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.  The quality assurance inspector of Shaftesbury Hotels London will monitor the successful implementation of smoke free hotel policies to enhance guest satisfaction.
